How Long Will It Take For My Order To Ship?
Orders have a processing time of 1-5 Business Days. Once Shipped your order will take 4-7 Business days to arrive, with standard shipping. If you choose priority Shipping the delivery time is 2-3 Business Days.
How Much Is Shipping?
All Shipping in the USA has a flat rate of $4.99. However if your order is over $50 Shipping is on US!
Do You Ship International?
Yes! Of course We Do. For a flat rate of $9.99. However if your purchase is more then $50 then Shipping is on US! And your order Ships for free.
Can We Request A Different Chain Length?
Of Course! Most of our necklaces are hand assembled, so changing the size of your chain would be our pleasure. We would love to make the necklaces shorter length if you wanted one for your kid. Just leave it in the Notes Section when checking out.
How Will I Be Able To Track My Order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
AmayaMari Jewels wants nothing more then for you to love your jewelry. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you do have 15 days after your order has been delivered to return it. To be eligible to qualify for a refund your jewelry has to still be in its original packaging and unworn.

What Happens If My Jewelry Is Damaged?
At AmayaMari We offer free repairs up to one year after your purchase. All you have to do is cover shipping and handling. To start the repair process send us an email at Support@AmayaMari.com
What Is Gold Plated, Gold Filled, And Sterling Silver?
Gold Plated is a thin layer of real gold adheres to the metal through an electroplating bath.
Gold Filled Jewelry is jewelry composed of a solid layer of gold (typically constituting at least 5% of the item's total weight) mechanically bonded to a base of either Sterling Silver or some base metal.
Sterling Silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% by weight of silver and 7.5% by weight of other metals, usually copper. The sterling silver standard has a minimum millesimal fineness of 925.
Can I Wear My Jewelry In Water?
Here at AmayaMari we want your jewelry to last you as long as possible, so even tho we don't recommend it, you can wear your gold filled jewelry in water. we recommend keeping your jewelry dry from water, perfumes, sweat, and other chemicals to maintain your jewelrys shine and quality. For sensitive skin we recommend gold filled jewelry.
What If My Package Is Lost?
Unfortunately AmayaMari Jewels is not responsible for any packages lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service. For any packages that are returned or need to be repackaged due to change of address, there will be a five dollar fee.
